Job Description :

Can-Aqua is looking for an Internal Support / Customer Service Representative who can deliver outstanding customer service to our clients through calls and emails, be responsible for supporting fellow external representatives on projects worked on and who can integrate well with our motivated, engaged and dynamic team.

  • Answering calls and emails
  • Providing customers with on time delivery information
  • Providing prices
  • Answering technical questions
  • Supporting our customers and other team members by responding to requests promptly
  • Manage the complete project sales cycle (from quotation to coordination of product delivery)
  • Preparing quotations and processing orders on behalf of external sales staff
  • Ensure accuracy in pricing, inventory and order information provided to customers
  • Ensure that deliveries are correctly executed and communicated to all parties involved in the shipping process
  • Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing customers by telephone or e-mail, with the aim of encouraging additional sales
  • Meet sales targets set by management by promoting or up-selling products/li>
  • Participate in various training and promotional activities

Qualifications :

  • Min 3 years of experience in the plumbing industry
  • Energetic, professional with good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrate PC literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Highly motivated self-starter who can work autonomously and as part of a team.
